specjalnie nie używałem "headstand" żeby ktoś nie pomyślał, że staje się na głowie - głowa może dotknąć podłogi, ale nie należy przenosić na nią ciężaru ciała.

Aim to avoid putting any weight on the head in the bottom of the position besides brushing it on the ground.
