chętnie bym zobaczył co się kryje w środku F2 i H1 a dodatkowo Sommer zdradził dziś co ma w planach. Wygląda ciekawie, szczególnie ciekaw jestem R1-R4 Wink

Problem w tym, że jakoś ciężko mi wyskoczyć z kasy a ściągnąć się nie da (a przynajmniej nie mogę znaleźć) nic poza F1.
Może jakby zebrało się jeszcze kilka równie ciekawskich osób to zrobiłoby się jakąś zrzutkę? Ktoś chętny?

Forearm Headstand to być może Headstand z przedramionami na ziemi albo chodzi o to co ja nazywam Forearm Stand czyli stanie na samych przedramionach. Wiele elementów ma wiele nazw w internecie i niestety bez obrazków ciężko, ale myślę, że i tak można coś z tego wyciągnąć.

Też to znalazłem ale wiele nazw nic mi nie mówi dlatego chcę zobaczyć każde ćwiczenie, stąd moja propozycja.

Znalazłem świeży film na youtube na kanale gymnasticbodies . Myślę że jest tam trochę ćwiczeń z Rings i kolejnych części Fondation.
